On-site Field Trips are available at the Snapology Austin Discovery Center - 1910 Fort View Rd, Austin, TX 78704 - September - May.

Field trips at your facility are available year-round.

Snapology Austin will require a nonrefundable $250 deposit for field trips.

Snapology Austin Field Trips

Snapology Austin's field trips are customized activities at your facility for groups of 25 participants or more. Pricing starts at $450 for 2-hours and increases based on the number of participants and selected activities. When completing the field trip request please be as specific as possible so that we can customize and quote your event accurately. We will provide a specific list of activity options based on your interest selection.

Field Trip bookings require a $250 nonrefundable deposit to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied to the final balance. Please note that your quote will include the date and time and will include a link for your signature and an invoice to pay the deposit to confirm your event. Should your event need to be canceled or delayed, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid the forfeiture of the full deposit.

Please note that Snapology Austin services facilities in the Austin area. We do not service Round Rock, Cedar Park, or Pflugerville. If your facility is outside our service area we will refer you to the appropriate Snapology location.

Locations greater than 25 miles from 78704 will incur an additional $25 travel fee.
