Fall 2023 Contract Negotiations: call to action!
We have been at the negotiations table since June 2022 and our contract expired December 31st, 2022
We will show up at the Board of Trustee meeting, march, chant, and speak with the administration until we get a fair contract. Please RSVP/sign up for upcoming events and show up to help us close out this contract.

Our goals
  • Compensation that supports the work and livelihood of all faculty and staff.
  • On schedule non-negotiable cost of living adjustment (COLA) and raises.
  • Increase contributions towards cost of healthcare for all staff and faculty.
  • Smaller class sizes.
  • A safe work environment.
  • Department and program chairs and other improvements in our working conditions and reduce the number of deans and directors
