When signing up you only have to choose activity, if you want to be a part of the tournaments including tournament plans and trophies (as there are a limited number of seats for this).
If you want to be part of the event without tournament plans and without trophies ("cosy participation"), you don't have to choose activity when signing up - however you still have to sign up (so we know how many beverages etc. to bring).Β
π§ SINGLE PLAYER:Β If you wish to sign up as a single player for the tournaments with trophies, we will team you up!Β Just sign up for the activity you wish to join and on next page you will get the possibility to choose "single player".
π "COSY PARTICIPATION":Β If you wish to sign up for the activities without tournaments and without trophies, pleaseΒ choose "cosy participation" below.
Team sizes are as follow:
- Volleyball: 6 playersΒ Β + up to 3 substitutes π
- Kubb (kongespil): 3-6 players π
- Petanque: 2-3 players π
- There are no set team sizes for "cosy participation" π

When signing up for the BBQ Dinner & Party you will get a special
BBQ & Party wristband for the day which gives you access to the dinner, party tent
and the barΒ ππΊ
DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP
Deadline for signing up is 24 May, however there are a limited number of seats.
Your registration is binding from and including 24 May 2024.
Please noteΒ that both the Sports Day and the BBQ Dinner & Party are exclusively for people and companies located at one of the locations in the community - that is, Lydens Hus, Univate, Fuglebakken, COBIS Tagensvej and Symbion.
