Sunflower Club at Kairos Spring Opening Bazaar Booth Request 3/23
$50 Bazaar Booth Fee/Donation (limited number available) 

Set up no later than 10am (one hour prior to event). Must stay open the duration of the event! Clean up after 4pm ONLY. If you leave before event is over you will NOT be permitted to participate in future Sunflower events.

To avoid duplicate businesses- approval is first come-first serve.

All businesses must be approved prior to event and may not change.  
A Sunflower Club representative will reach out to you after reviewing your request

No sharing of booths. One business per booth.

Voluntary donation to auction or raffle.

Your Booth Fee/Donation is non-refundable and will be applied to the Sunflower Outreach.
Booth fees are a 501(c)3 tax deductible donation.

Vendor Booth Contract with details to be signed and paid when booth is confirmed. $25 extra for electricity. Must be coordinated in advance for placement on property.
