Vendor Form - BEST Fest May 24 - 27, 2024
Girl Scout Camp Sacajawea
242 Adelphia Rd, Farmingdale, NJ 07727
(Girl Scout Camp of Monmouth County in Central NJĀ )

NOTE: This is NOT the camp in Sparta (NOT Sussex County),Ā NORĀ in Newfield (NOT Gloucester County).

BEST FestĀ is a 4-day, all-weather event packed with over 75 activities including informative workshops, live music, yoga, camping, hiking, healthy food, aĀ family-friendly programĀ for kids, and cool, hand-picked vendors possibly like you!Ā

We support inclusion.Ā Come who you are! In addition, the camp offers limited access for wheelchair use but it is possible given the major paths are paved, pebble, and packed sand.

Returning vendors, please note that the form and selection process have changed!Ā

NOTE: We have not raised prices so the lower of the two (or pre-February 1st) pricing is still in effect for all options.

Below are details about the festival and the registration options available. Think of it as a catalog where you choose what you need. Filling out this formĀ does not reserve your slot. ItĀ helps us place you and if selected, the info will be used on our website and for promotions.

Completing and sending this form issues you an email confirmationĀ that it was received. Make sure to hit send; it is saved only once it has been sent. Also, make sure you have TouchMotherEarthProductions@gmail.com in your address book.Ā Sometimes an email ends up in the spam or promotions folder. Please check and save it for future reference as it will also help when you purchase your vendor space.

After we accept your form, you will receive a website link and password by email to reserve and purchase your specific vending requirements. We will call or write you first if we have any questions. If you do not receive a response within 7 - 10 days, again, check your spam or promotions folder for the email as it has happened! If you still have no response, please call Dave at 908-705-5635.

If you are returning and want the same space as before, please give us more informationĀ using the maps below with the different colored areas to help describe the location.

The second map below that gives finer details.
Please read the description below and list your preferred vending area and alternate choices. Describe where on the map you would prefer to be using the maps above and below.Ā

Vendors arrive at the bottom of the mapĀ at 242 Adelphia Rd, Farmingdale NJ.

Bathrooms are marked
Ā if you want to be near one. Most are no-flush toilets and areĀ well-lit,Ā with a grab bar, sanitizer, and outside, a hand wash station. The area on the maps to the left of the SMM has unisex flush toilets, an outdoor sink, and unheated swimsuit showers.Ā No-flush toilets are marked along the loop. There may beĀ  Porta-johns as well.

All camps have a pavilion, picnic tables, shared grill, and lodging: platform tents (PT), possibly a cabin (C) or huts (H).

The top of the map has no vending. It is reserved for campingĀ and workshops.Ā

Vendors are located in the lower portion of the loop at theĀ Sacred Moon Market (main hub),Ā in the Drum and Dance Camp, and at theĀ Mind Body Spirit Zone.Ā

We may also have vendor space under the pavilion at the Food CourtĀ near the Stage. Vending is not offered by the stage.

We offer 8Ā premium spaces facing the road along theĀ Sacred Moon Market. They areĀ onĀ the main loop and have high visibility (reserved for weekend vendors). These are located between the First Aid/Info pavilion and the Cabin marked C3E on the map below. Vendors light the road at night! These usually sell out quickly so make sure you have a second choice.

VendorsĀ in theĀ Sacred Moon CampĀ section with Platform Tents labeled PT 1 -7 on the map should note that these areas will also host workshops and a ceremony (or two) in the big open center or under the pavilion! Platform tents #2-5 have access to electricity.

Vending areasĀ marked in fuchsiaĀ on the map in the Drum and Dance Camp andĀ Mind-Body-Spirit ZoneĀ do not reflect exact locations and are only suggested areas. Any open area not blocking the paths is usable.

Vendors not requiring electricityĀ will set up inside the sandy open gathering areas inside each of the camps. Tents go behind or near your booth leaving room for other vendors and walking traffic.Ā NoteĀ that spaces near the pavilions (turquoise) or cabins (red) are reserved for those requiring electricity. Indicate your preferences.Ā Eg. Any open area near the shower/bathroom. Or SMM away from drumming, etc.

Vendors requiring electricityĀ but not renting lodging needĀ to be near a cabin or a pavilion (red or turquoise).Ā Indicate the area you want to be next to.Ā

Campers may camp by their booth, pitch a tent anywhere else suitable in the camp, or sleepĀ in their car in the lower parking lot across from the dance pavilion and near the vendor entrance (see maps).Ā

Those seeking to rent lodging or a pavilion, first find a general area on the map.Ā Then specify, for example, I would like Platform Tent (PT) 15 E in the Sacred Moon Market, my second choice is PT 16 E, and my third is any other that has electricity. OrĀ  H1 or H2 or other hut.Ā

Note: Huts and cabins are only located in the Sacred Moon Market. Pavilions are in each of the camps.

Vehicle camping is at the bottom of the map below the Drum and Dance campĀ (across from the dance pavilion,Ā and above the vendor entrance). It includes public campers and may include RVs and pop-up campers. The area is well-lit at night. No electricity.

SELECT YOUR VENDING LOCATION
See the detailed vending areas listed on the map belowĀ including theĀ Sacred Moon MarketĀ (SMM),Ā Drum and Dance Camp, or theĀ Mind-Body-Spirit ZoneĀ (MBS). The green lines represent paths between camps or the outline of the platform tents.

4 Cabins are marked as small red squares C1E - C4EĀ
6 Huts are in green (H 1-6)Ā
21 Platform Tents are in yellow (SMM 1- 21)
All are in the Sacred Moon Market.Ā
Pavilions are marked in turquoise.Ā
E = access to electricity.Ā

Note, those small squares are 12' x 12' so you see the camp is large!

Now, please choose your area for vending and staying!

Thank you from Dave Miller, and Cheryl Miller Glover

General vendors, describe where on the map(s) you would like to vend.Ā Eg. Near H2 or P1E or towards the bathroom/shower area, or by a Pavilion, I need electricity or SMM where the ceremonies are. If no preference, just put which camp. Eg, Drum and Dance camp.
For those renting lodging with vending,Ā usingĀ the maps aboveĀ list your first 3 choices (for example in the Sacred Moon Market: Hut 1, 2, or 4. For Platform tents, eg, PT 2E, PT 3E, or PT 4EĀ  E = electricity).

Please note:Ā there is no vending in the Mother Earth or Reflections camps, these are only for camping and workshops.Ā
