Dubai Monthly Event opens from 20th to 15th of each month.  (we added 5 more days)

We are looking to bring the best to the SL grid, high quality products created by best designers. Our priority is to improve and adapt the event to the designers and customers requirements.

We are going to  implement various promotional tools, like mini sales,so that both customers and creators benefit from it.

We have decided to refresh our venue so we have created a brand new event building and as well we added more sales options, plus more to come.

-. TIMELINE  . -

✔ 05/OF EVERY MONTH - Chosen Designers are Contacted. (by Any Moonwall)

✔ Payment must be made from 16 to 18 of the month of the round.

* Payments made after the 18th, will have to pay additional 1500L * (This is penality applicable to everyone that is late.)

✔ 16/OF EACH MONTH - Event setup begins.

✔ 19/OF EVERY MONTH - Set - Up ends. (except if you have previously notified your delay)

✔ 20/OF EVERY MONTH (2PM SLT )- START DATE

* All the Set up  made after the  Event opening will have an increase of fee with 1000L *

✔ 15/ NEXT MONTH (9AM SLT)- LAST DAY OF THE EVENT.

  Regular  booth : 4500L (80 prims)

**** IMPORTANT****

 Dubai is looking for serious, responsible designers who are really interested in being part of the Event.

Please, read carefully the instructions below ;

( ! ) Please keep in mind that failure to abide by the rules and procedures will result in removal without refunds, notice and in its sole discretion.
DUBAI Event reserves the right without notice to terminate your participation.

• ✔ Only original mesh accepted
• ✔ Any article with copyright (see TOS: problems will be returned to the creator).                                 We won't tolerate such creations and the vendor will be returned.
• ✔ Event runs monthly 20 (2p. m. SLT) al 15 (9 a. m. SLT)
• ✔ The article(s) must be exclusive, never previously sold.
• ✔ It is mandatory that you rezz the subscriber at the location of your mainstore.
• ✔ Send the LOGO of your brand with full perms.
• ✔ It is mandatory to be in the Dubai Event group.
• ✔ If a designer wishes  to do a collab with another brand, each designer/brand must pay the round fee, to promote both brands. (If not, only one will be promoted)
• ✔ If the designer does not participate for 3 consecutive rounds, he will be removed from the group. ( The group invite will be sent again if the designer decides to return.)
• ✔If untill 18th of the month a selected designer hasn't confirmed their participation, the creator will be ejected from the group and replaced with a creator from the waiting list. 
• ✔If by the 18th of the month the selected designer has not notified his NON-PARTICIPATION (with the payment made), the fee he paid will NOT be refunded and he will not be able to participate in the next round.

* REQUIRED *

 - It's mandatory for designers to have DUBAI Event subscriber at their mainstore.
