Mark your calendar this Saturday, September 25, as we will explore the craft of Filipino gins for a unique virtual tasting experience !

Each attendee will receive 6 samples of different gins (50ml each) to enjoy this tasting and learn about the craft of this iconic spirit. 

Either produced via traditional distillation process or delicate vacuum distillation, associating different production techniques or using medium-charred American oak barrels for maturation, the selection of gins curated for the tasting will offer very different tasting profiles that can be citrus forward, fruity, floral and spicy.

Hosted by the representatives of each distillery (Kalel Demetrio of Destileria Barako, John Joe Joseph of Crows Gins and Aaron Goodall of Santa Ana Gin), this virtual tasting will also be a great occasion to find more about rare indigenous ingredients such as sampaguita, blue pea flower, yutukon, libas, ylang ylang and alpinia.

Each attendee will also receive a set of 4 Fentimans Connoisseur Tonic Water (125ml), G&T spices and an individual board of cheeses and cold cuts curated by Flavor Board to make this Saturday fun and memorable.
