 - Mobilize  and unite the leadership into intentional and consistent intercessory prayer in 5 key areas (30 minute commitment)

 - With the increasing levels of responsibility on Pastor Tom and Sister Dodie, this would give the entire leadership an opportunity to cover them both in prayer.

 - Create a culture of prayer in our leadership and church.
