2022-2023 Annual Employee Parking Permits - Remote Purchase Form
Greetings,
As of Fall 2022, the Employee Remote Purchase form is no longer in use. With activity on campus returning, our office must resume our pre-COVID sales operations so we can focus our efforts and better serve our campus community. Going forward, Faculty/Staff members requesting new permits must come in-person to complete their purchase. Our office is open Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM at 1812 SW 6th Avenue.
