2021 TYAS Summer Camp Sign Up Form
Dear TYAS Parents and Students,

TYAS plans on holding themed Summer Camps this upcoming June and July. Each week will focus on different themes. Please let us know which week and theme you would like to sign up for.

Camp Dates: Week 1 6/7 – 6/11      
                              Week 2 6/21 – 6/25    
                              Week 3 7/19 – 7/23
                              Week 4 7/26 – 7/30

Time:   09:00 ~ 15:00 / Monday to Friday

Where: Taoyuan American School

Fee:   NT$13,500 (includes materials, lunch and insurance)   
           If you join two camps or more, you qualify for a 10% discount on your camps! 

** Door to door school bus service is available on request for a nominal fee. 

Please discuss this with your child(ren). We will plan our camps according to your interest, the minimum number of campers needed to make a camp possible is 12.
