Given the governor's order to suspend in-person instruction for the remainder of this school year, we understand that students may have left items in their cubby that they may need to retrieve. The new Illinois stay-at-home order issued April 23 allows schools to establish procedures for retrieval of student belongings using social distancing practices. Below, Roycemore families can sign up to retrieve their items. We have taken steps to ensure social and physical distancing is possible in the buildings and to ensure the safety of families and staff.



OPTION 1: IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO IN THE BUILDING, YEARBOOK PICK-UP ONLY (NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED)

If you are only coming to pick-up your Yearbook and do not plan on entering the building, please simply drive by the gym doors between 10am-3pm. Yearbooks will be available for contact-less pick up at the Gym Doors. Please enter at the Grove Street entrance and drop by the gym doors for pick up. You DO NOT NEED to sign-up for a slot unless you need to get items from your cubby or drop off items.


OPTION 2: IF YOU NEED TO PICK UP ITEMS IN THE BUILDING AND/OR DROP OF SCHOOL MATERIALS (SIGN-UP REQUIRED)

-We are limiting the number of people allowed inside campus at any given time. ONLY PARENTS of Lower School students are allowed in the building, no children please.
-Anyone entering the building must wear a face mask or covering. We will not have face masks available.
-Teachers will put all materials in the students' cubby. You may want to bring an extra bag just in case, but we will try our best to have everything ready to be carried out.
-School staff will be present to monitor social and physical distancing.
-Our campus has been extensively deep cleaned.  
-Lower School families should use the garage entrance. (Middle and Upper School students will be using the main door entrance.)
-Staff will direct families when to enter.

Library Book Return - There will be a bin available inside the garage doors where you can place your library books for return.

Chromebook and other technology Return - There will be a bin available inside the garage doors where you can place your Chromebook or other technology for return. If you are returning a Chromebook, please don't forget the charger.

Grade Level Classroom Return - There will be specific classroom bins available inside the garage doors where you can place classroom supplies for return.

Each family will select a 10 minute window to retrieve items from their child's cubby. All cubby items must be picked up on or before (by special arrangement only) June 5, 2020. Items not retrieved by this date will be donated or properly disposed of.

Given the distancing and safety measures, we ask that you only come during your assigned time.  If you are more than three minutes late to arrive, you will not be allowed in the building. You may have to wait outside, while practicing social distancing.
