To register as a member of the Hebron XC and T&F Booster Club, please complete this form and follow payment instructions at the bottom. Submit ONLY ONE form per athlete (please consolidate parent contact info if a split household).
Annual membership is per family (not per athlete) and includes 1 athlete t-shirt:
- $125 for Cross Country Only or Dual Season Athlete(s)
- $75 for Track & Field Only Athlete(s)
- $25 for additional athlete t-shirt (for those families with more than 1 athlete)
