Stallholder Enquiry Form.
Our event is being held at St. Andrew's Church Hall, located just opposite the Church in Aylestone Village. The event will be open to the public on Saturday the 9th of November from 10am until 4pm. Stallholders will be able to set up from 8am and must be ready to trade by 9:50am. There is adequate access for unloading and loading. Parking during your time at the event will be directed on the day and may involve you having to move your vehicle once you've unloaded. Stallholders must be packed and ready to leave no later than 5:30pm.
Please note the following before enquiring about a stall at our event;
We are only accepting applications from handmade Crafters and Makers, selling their own handmade crafts.
Only one single table space per stallholder at a cost of £20.00. Each space will accommodate a standard 6ft x 3ft table.
You will have to provide your own table, this cannot be any bigger than 6ft wide x 3ft deep unless advised otherwise.
Your stall fee is non-refundable.
Access to, or use of, electrical sockets within the Hall by Stallholders is not prohibited.
No communal WI-FI is available, but you should find mobile-phone signals adequate dependent on your own individual network coverage. Shoppers have access to a cash-point within a 5 minute walk of the Hall at the Tesco Express in the Village.
As above, once unloaded, you may be asked to move your vehicle to a pre-determined location whilst you are trading at the event.
Each Stallholder will be asked to donate a prize to our Tombola. Although entry to our event is free, visitors will be encouraged to buy tickets for the Tombola.
You must have your own public liability insurance at the time of the event, or be willing to sign a disclaimer.
This is only an enquiry, there no guarantee of a stall space on submission of this form. In order to host the best possible event, we want to ensure a good mix of stallholders and as such, each enquiry for a stall will be individually reviewed first.
If successful, you will be issued with an invoice to make payment with and a booking confirmation to follow thereafter once payment has been received. Payment must be made in full by Bank Transfer (BACs) within 10 working days of receiving your invoice. Please note that the Parish Treasurer will be checking payments received intermittently, so please bear with us if waiting for confirmation of payment receipt and your booking confirmation.
Any information provided on this form will only be used for the purposes of the event and not shared with any third-party.
The St. Andrew's Initiative is a not-for-profit group of local volunteers working within the Parish of St. Andrew's Church in Aylestone Village Leicestershire. Any funds raised at our events go back into supporting both community based events and any fund raising needs for the Church. This will be our sixth Christmas Craft Fair and as always, we'll be to looking make it a great Christmas shopping opportunity for all our visitors and hopefully a successful day for our Stallholders.
