Welcome to the Herriman High School Indoor Track team sign up form! Our 2022-23 season is designed to be an opportunity for track and field athletes to train and compete and be ready for our spring season. Be a part of our success by filling out this sign-up sheet and coming to practice beginning December 7th.

Please fill in all information completely for your child to be considered for the team. Please find the information below to help you find information on our season. Help us build Herriman Track & Field into the best combined program in the NATION each season!

2022-23 Season: December 7 - End range of February when Spring Track begins.

Indoor Track Team Fee: $50 per athlete (No fees for 7th or 8th graders)

(Required for Participation)
Athletic Clearance Information (Everyone needs to be cleared with a physical to participate):
1. Fill out this Google form and submit.
2. Complete the RegisterMyAthlete registration (www.registermyathlete.com) for Track & Field Including E-Sign the disclosure (9-12th only)
3. Get a physical (must be done this school year, but only once). Upload ALL 3 PAGES to RegisterMyAthlete
4. Pay fees (not 7th or 8th athletes) and have the secretary put a copy of the receipt in Coach Soles' mailbox.
