2024 Fairgrounds Festival - Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Fairgrounds Festival running Friday June 14 and Saturday June 15, 2024 at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds (172 South Drive , Simcoe ON). The event will be open from 3pm -  until concert end on both days. 

Although we are not hosting an artisan market as part of this event, there are some types of vendors/exhibitors that may make sense in this festival atmosphere.  The Norfolk Night Market will take place the PREVIOUS WEEKEND June 7-8, 2024. VENDOR SPACE - A standard 10x10 outdoor space, with a booth fee of $225.  No commission is taken on this type of booth, which must be staffed for the duration of opening hours at the market (3pm - concert end Friday and Saturday). Please fill out the following as completely as possible and we will be in touch soon.

INSURANCE: A Liability Insurance Certificate showing Norfolk County Agricultural Society named as an “additional insured” is required from all exhibitors. Minimum $2 million liability is required. This certificate must be received prior to set up or set up will not be permitted. A copy is due by May 31, 2024.
