For the purpose of this event, several personal data (email, passport number, phone number, name) is going to be collected. This information is only there for the selection of the participants and the organization of the activity itself.
ANEM-Portugal will hold the participants’ personal data on file until no later than the 31st of December 2021. At the end of that period, participants’ data will be deleted. If the participants wants ANEM-Portugal to remove their personal data before the due date, they must submit a written request, sending an email to t4all@anem.pt.
For the purposes of the activity’s organization, ANEM-Portugal is entitled to share the participants’ personal data with the IFMSA Executive Board, Team of Officials and International Teams and the T4All trainers and OC, that shall be bound by the same rules.
