SOBC: Coach Development Workshop - Nutrition
SOBC is excited to be offering, in collaboration with the BC Dairy Association, a Coach Development Workshop Focusing on the topic of Nutrition and Healthy Eating. We will be welcoming Registered Dietitian Joel Barohn, from the BC Dairy association, and diving into topics of sport nutrition, including Canadas Food Guide, how to build a healthy place, the SOI Fit 5 guide, and much much more!

When: Tuesday, December 1st @ 6:30pm.

Where: This session will be held virtually on Zoom. We will share the details to join the Zoom Meeting within 24 hours of the session.
