As students participate in the engineering fair, photographs and video may be taken. This media may be used in promoting the fair to the school and district community and highlighting student accomplishments. In addition, judges will be provided with a photo of each participant. Please acknowledge your understanding and indicate your preference below.

I give permission for pictures and video of my student to be used in connection with the engineering fair at the school and district level.

I do not give permission for my student to be photographed or videotaped in connection with the engineering fair, except for the photo that is provided to the judges.
