Schedule Change Request
Schedule change requests will only be considered when the change is essential to the student’s academic progress.  Under no circumstances will schedule change requests be considered for reasons such as teacher preference or period preference.  

1. Please indicate the course you would like dropped from your schedule and why.
2. Indicate the course you would like added to your schedule and why.

If your schedule is changed your new schedule will be emailed to your CMSD email and given to your advisory teacher.
