If you were involved in the planning or facilitation of Jewish Farmer Network (JFN) affinity/identity based programming we would love to compensate you! Please use this form to record your hours and share your payment information. We believe that those who put time, energy, care, and love into building our community deserve to get fairly compensated and now, thanks to a generous grant from the Jewish Liberation Fund, we are able to offer anywhere from $15-$30/ hr as a form of monetary gratitude.

We want to support all our volunteers in building community spaces of cultural joy and mutual care, with particular attention to members of our community who are most targeted by the extractive violence of capitalism, white supremacy, cissexism, ableism, and homophobia – especially in the context of farming.

We want to be as responsive as possible to our community's economic needs and are committed to an organizational culture in which the work of organizing is valued and paid, in which working class Jews and Jews who hold societally marginalized identities are financially and technically supported to self-organize, and where participating and taking leadership in our programming is made abundantly accessible to all.

Our goal is for the amount you are compensated to be responsive to your financial needs and supportive of your holistic well-being. To assist you in evaluating the rate at which you will be compensated, please refer to the graphic below.
