Requesting MERT (EMS Staff) Coverage for your Event (2023)
University of Pennsylvania's Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) can provide first aid coverage for any department, student group, or individual hosting an event on campus.

Cost: $25/hour/EMT
There is a two-hour minimum charge for coverage.
Requests must be submitted one week prior to the event to guarantee EMS coverage.
Confirmation of event coverage can be expected within five business days of the form being submitted
