Skyline Garden Welcome Celebration Sign-up!
Skyline Elementary is in the process of building a school garden and we need your help to make it beautiful. We will also be setting up for our Pumpkin Patch happening the next day!

There is NO GARDEN EXPERIENCE needed to volunteer. All of our families are welcome to be part of this garden project. Also, feel free to visit that day with your family just to drop by to take a look and learn about our new Skyline Garden. This afternoon will give students & their families a chance to tour the garden & learn what areas are for special events, walking, planting, or simply relaxing.

We have gloves and hand tools that you can borrow if you choose to volunteer, but you may want to bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, layers, and a hat. You are also welcome to bring snacks for yourself and your family. We want you to feel comfortable during your visit to our school garden.

If you would like to make a donation to the garden, please click HERE to read a list of garden supplies, tools, or plants that are needed.

NOTE: For this event, we ask that you do not bring any pets along with you. Some plants and mulch are not healthy for a pet to eat, and though I am a fan of animals, we want to be sure all of our students and families feel safe and comfortable at the event. Please also be sure that smaller children do not eat any of the plants growing in or around the garden. Many plants are poisonous to eat, especially for small children.

We hope you and your family will come visit our garden on this special day! See you there!
