Description: The Chapter Mentoring Program connects local chapters with HOSA alumni. Alumni can provide tips, coaching, and helpful resources for HOSA members through their lived experiences in HOSA and healthcare experiences. The main goal of the Chapter Mentoring Program is to increase connections between alumni and middle/high school HOSA members. The program offers alumni the opportunity to educate, teach, and mentor, while benefiting middle and high school students to learn from the experiences and knowledge of a previous HOSA member.
