Orders for a care package are sent through this Google Form. Complete details help us to process orders in a timely fashion. Invoices are sent from Quickbooks, a secure third-party platform. Our commercial shipping account will save you on retail rates. We will provide information on where to send your items in a separate email.

Repackage Service *

For repacking services, you ship the item(s) to us, we re-package them to meet DPM/DPO requirements, and ship it off to post. All pricing is exclusive of postage. 📦
