The aim of Migrant Talent Garden project is to support young migrants through mentorship, online tools, training courses and events on their way to implementing business ideas. Our project has a cycle of events for both integration workers, business representatives and migrants. The focus of activities is on developing theoretical and practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, business creation opportunities and establishment in the labor market. This project consists of three main parts: Trainings for Business Experts and Integration Workers, Capacity Trainings for Migrants and a Business Incubator.

Migrant Talent Garden is a project funded by the European Economic Area (EEA) and the Norwegian Financial Mechanisms. The project partners carried out an in-depth study and developed a methodology for promoting and developing entrepreneurship: providing training and tools, providing mentoring and support, and setting up a co-operation center (HUB).
