Due to the limited amount of scholarship funds we are able to provide, we ask that you sincerely evaluate your
financial situation. Our desire is to help as many families as possible with the funds we have. Please prayerfully and honestly evaluate your situation and complete each question on the following Scholarship Request Form. It is important that all areas of the Scholarship Request Form are fully completed. When filling out the form, please consider the following:

• Many churches are willing and able to provide assistance to a child’s camp fee. If you do not attend a church, write “not applicable” in this space. If you regularly attend a church, we ask that you inquire to see if they are able to contribute a portion of your child’s balance. They should fill in the amount and sign the space provided.
• Consider how much of the camper fee you are able to pay personally and note it in the space provided. If a payment plan would ease your financial burden at this time, we would be happy to arrange a monthly payment plan. We generally do not provide full camper scholarships. However, if you feel that providing a portion of the camper’s fee would prevent you from sending your child, please document this on the scholarship form and we will consider your specific situation.
• Scholarships are for camp tuition only. Snack Shack money is not covered by a scholarship, therefore, will be your responsibility to pay in full. Snack Shack money may be paid at the time of camp check-in or when registering your child for camp.

We will notify you on the status of your scholarship request within three weeks of the date we receive the request.

Please register your child for camp before completing this form. Choose pay by check to bypass the payment screen. Scholarships requests for un-registered campers will not be reviewed.
