9/7/24 Philly Volunteer Registration
Thanks for your interest in volunteering for our Philly GF expo! 
You must be age 16+ to participate, 3 hours minimum required, but you can work as many hours as you like! All volunteers receive free admission to the expo. If you have younger children, they're welcome to tag along. One volunteer per registration, please. Young children don't need to register. The work includes:
  • Stuffing bags on set-up day
  • Handing out swag bags at the entrance 
  • Handing out wristbands + paper event guides at the entrance
  • Moving boxes (only if you can)
  • Handing out free samples
  • Crowd management 
  • Scanning tickets at the entrance (only if you want to put the app on your phone, not required)
  • Assisting exhibitors and vendors with move-in and whatever else they might need
  • Helping out at our merch booth
  • Breaking down boxes

Saturday 9/7/24 Available hours are 7am-5pm.Let us know below what hours you can work. Mornings are super exciting and busy, but afternoon is fun because exhibitors give away extra samples and products as they break down!
