**Product Tester Program - Terms and Conditions**

Participation in the product tester program is open to Gold Vine Designs customers who are 18+ unless parental consent.

To apply, participants must complete and submit the Product Tester Program application form.

 Participants will be selected based on answered questions and what product we are starting with and that you answered you would be interesting in testing.

Product testers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by Gold Vine Designs  regarding new products, formulations, or any proprietary information. 

Product testers are expected to provide honest and constructive feedback on the assigned products.
* Feedback should be submitted by the following week. Things like, first thoughts when opening the product, first application, feeling throughout, how long the product lasts.
* Testers agree to use the provided products as directed and for the intended purpose.
* Any adverse reactions or concerns must be reported promptly.

Any feedback or suggestions provided by product testers become the property of Gold Vine Designs , and testers waive any claims to compensation for such feedback.

Testers are prohibited from publicly disclosing any details about unreleased products or testing processes without explicit permission from Gold Vine Designs. 

Testers are not required to return the tested products unless explicitly instructed. 

You can choose to opt out at any time. Just let us know that you do not want to continue testing products. 

Gold Vine Designs reserves the right to terminate a tester's participation at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or any other reason deemed necessary.

Gold Vine Designs  may communicate with product testers via the provided contact information.

Gold Vine Designs ls is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from the use of the tested products.

Gold Vine Designs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

We will not spread your information but we will send you email by submitting you agree to sign up for marketing emails. 

By submitting the Product Tester Program application form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions
