The ARION Coaching Internship Program is designed to identify, educate, and train the next generation of coaches with a combination of mentorship, classroom, and applied experiences.  Interns will have the opportunity to ride along with coaches from the learn-to-row, U15, U17, U19 local teams, along with ARION U19 & U17 teams, ARION U23, and ARION Senior Teams.  Additionally, Interns will have a weekly meeting with reflections and leadership development.  Interns will have the opportunity to coach throughout the summer under the supervision of SRA senior staff.  This program is lead by Emanuel Valentin, Coaching Education coordinator for Saratoga Rowing Association.
