- You did not receive an item you ordered that is listed on the 'Arrived at Canadian address - Regular Arrivals' section of the Order Status spreadsheet
- You are missing components to an item you received
- You received an incorrect version or quantity of an item
- You received an item you did not order
⚠️Do not submit this form if:
- The item you are missing is in later parts of the group order (check if there is a 'Part 2' or 'Part 3' for the same SKU number or batch order)
- The item you are missing is in the 'Early Arrivals' section of the Order Status spreadsheet
- The item you are missing is a Lightning List order or Bolt Buy order
