Thank you for applying to be a volunteer for the VAC. In order to honor our commitment to God and the role He has indicated we should take in our community, and to be good stewards of the ministry He has appointed us to; we are required by reason and logic to ensure that all our volunteers are followers of Jesus, regular church attenders and share the same goals and beliefs.

The VAC does not accept single event volunteers except in very rare cases, we need you to be a regular volunteer who is available for a majority of VAC events throughout the year. This ensures we can plan ahead and that our volunteers are well trained over time. There are only 11 events a year. One night a month for 11 months (we don't do an event in December as it's usually too busy). Although we may one day do a VAC Christmas party.

Here are the areas we can use help in. The first few are for the new VAC Family Night. Please pick the ones you have skills in or the desire to serve in. Pick as many as you'd like. VAC Grade School discussion Leader (you will need a background check - only $9)

*Operations Manager for Ada County Idaho - This person will be in charge of all the "on-the-ground" & "on-the-day" events in Ada County. Coordinating volunteers for the ushers, registration, etc.

Operations Manager (help run the events and manage the teams)

VAC Jr High Discussion Leader (you will need a background check - only $9)

K-5 Volunteer- (you will need a background check - only $9)

*Email Manager- Responsible for sending out the VAC emails every week. Must have a mind that thinks about the best way to publicize and promote events. CAN BE REMOTE (4 hours a week)

*Social Media Manager- Post on Instagram, Facebook, Gab, Truth, Frank, & Instagram & Twitter etc. CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week)

Web-Master- Help update our website CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week)

Ushering

*Graphic Artist- Help create our postcards, promo slides etc CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week)

*Event Registration/Ticket Checking

Vendor Fair Tables Assistant: Help organize the table locations for the Vendor Fair. Your job will be to help receive and screen the vendor applications and allocate spaces. (3-4 hours a month).

*Video Promoter: We want someone who can interview folks at the VAC, after or during each event so we can promote how much people appreciate the VAC on FB, Gab, Truth, Frank, & Instagram & Twitter etc. CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week, shared with other volunteers)

Special Events Planner- Plan special events like a VAC Gala. (6-10 hours per event - 1-3 times a year).

VAC franchise Manager- Looking for an individual who can approach leaders in other churches about beginning VAC affiliates in other cities around the US. CAN BE REMOTE (time varies)

Green room snack and drink provider done in a elegant fashion (we will pay for it)

Promotions Manager- Looking for an individual or individuals who would seek out conservative groups and help promote and advertise VAC events there CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week)

Merch Manager- We'd like to find someone who knows how to shop for the best prices- for VAC T-shirts, pins, caps, etc. CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week)

VAC Annual Prayer Walk Planners- Help Plan the annual Valley Prayer Walk. We've done this multiple times before, so we know all the steps. We just need someone to execute it (Time varies per event)

San Jose only : Sunday VAC Table Manager- Coordinates the volunteers for the Sunday VAC table. (1 hour a week)

San Jose only : Sunday VAC Table Volunteers: Man the Sunday VAC Table & at VAC events (2-3 hours a week)

Web Manger for the VAC Business Portal: Help us host a website for conservative businesses. Most of the work is done, the portal is up. We just need someone to lead the effort. CAN BE REMOTE (2-3 hours a week, once everything is set up)

Events and Set-up Manager: Set up and take down tables at the VAC events, be available for last minute and unexpected details (4 hours per event)

*Communications Manager/MC for Ada County Idaho - This person will end up being the "face" of the VAC, doing announcements, keeping the events moving etc.
