2021 Holiday Indoor Markets

Thank you for your interest in the Holiday markets located inside the Rockford City Market building! These Pop Holiday Markets are for local vendors or retailers offering produce, baked goods, canned items, curated vintage items, and gift items such as jewelry, clothing, accessories, and more! Acceptance will be decided by committee vote - applications will be looked at on a first come, first serve basis and booth fees will be due upon approval.
Dates: Saturday, November 27 from 2pm-9pm (inside during Stroll on State) and Saturday, December 18 from 10am-2pm
Fees: $50 per space per date
Anyone wishing to become a vendor must submit this completed application and be selected through a committee approval process. A complete application includes
(1) A filled out and signed application
(2) Photos of the product if you do not have product photos on your social media or website listed on this app (Vendors who participated in a past market with us will not need to submit pictures.)
(3) Agreement to pay booth fee on acceptance
(4) Signed Contract
To ensure a wide variety of goods at the market, the number of vendors in each category may be limited.

COVID rules and precautions:
-Vendor spots will be limited to follow capacity and social distancing guidelines
-Vendors will be required to have hand sanitizer for themselves at their booths
