E4care - Fostering new digital care models in healthcare and social care sectors - INDIVIDUALS

The co-funded by the European Union Erasmus+ e4CARE project is a concrete response to new challenges brought by the progressive but problematic digitalization of healthcare (HC) and social care (SC) services. The problems with its implementation lay down, among others, in the lack of tailored-made digital skills within the HC&SC workforce, as well as regulatory constraints in changing the care model.

The aim of the survey is to assess the digital skills gaps among HC&SC professionals and students. The results of this assessment will help the e4CARE project consortium in defining the current situation in the sectors and answering the needs of the sectors and stakeholders. The questionnaire is anonymous, the results of the survey will be published in form of a report and will serve as a baseline for the preparation of the training materials in the next part of the project.

The questionnaire below presents a set of introductory questions (Page 1&2), as well as a list of digital competencies categorized (according to the DigComp framework and the e4CARE project consortium needs analysis based on research of the digital competencies required for the use of digital tools) into five groups: (1) information and data literacy; (2) communication and collaboration; (3) digital content creation; (4) safety; (5) problem-solving (Page 3).

The results of the survey and corresponding materials will be published on the project website https://www.e4care.eu/.
