Window Display Decorating Contest Entry Form

  • Creativity

All entries will be judged on Tuesday, September 27th. The window display must be completed by this date. 

Awards will be presented for the following:
  • 1st Prize - $50 Gift Certificate
  • 2nd Prize - $25 Gift Certificate
  • 3rd Prize - $15 Gift Certificate
Windows will be on public display in Downtown Flushing the week preceding the Harvest Fest. Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 1st, during the Harvest Fest.
