In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2022 NLCF Fall Retreat, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, release and forever discharge New Life Christian Fellowship, Camp Tuk-a-way, and their respective officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, all sponsors, Montgomery County, Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, the Commonwealth of Virginia and all those persons involved in organizing and manning this event from all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions, cause of action or suits of whatsoever kind or nature, arising out of my participation in the 2022 NLCF Fall Retreat. I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in this event and waive, release, and discharge New Life Christian Fellowship from any and all liability for my bodily injury, property damage, or other impacts.  Additionally, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event.  Clicking the box below indicates that you agree to the terms of participation for yourself, as well as any additional registrations (family members, children, spouses, etc.).
