High school summer classes will focus on core courses that were offered during the 2023 – 2024 school year. The VCSC wants to provide an opportunity for students to make-up compulsory credits in an in-person setting. Summer school will be offered at Terre Haute South Vigo High School. Summer school will take place Monday through Friday between 8:10 a.m.– 11:55 a.m. from Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 28. There will be no school on June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as school bus transportation. We currently do not have bus transportation details but they will be given to you once we receive them.
The high school courses offered are as follows:
English (9-1, 9-2, 10-1, 10-2, 11-1, 11-2, 12-1, 12-2)
Math (Algebra I-1, Algebra I-2, Algebra II-1, Algebra II-2, Geometry I-1, Geometry I-2)
US Government Economics World History & Civilizations (1, 2) U.S. History (1, 2)
Biology (1, 2) Earth Space Science (1, 2) Chemistry (1, 2)
Health and Wellness Education, PE (1, 2), and Community Service
