A four-day comprehensive baseball summer camp for youth ages 8-14 focusing on ALL aspects of the game! Lunch and T-shirt included in registration fee.

I agree to assume all risks and expenses due to an injury that may occur as a result of my child's involvement in The Hitting Club's Summer Baseball Camp. I agree to release The Hitting Club or anyone acting on its behalf (coaches, volunteers) from liability in the event of an injury to my child while participating in this camp. 

I also authorize the use of pictures in the above-named participant to be posted on The Hitting Club's website or social media.
