คำชี้แจงก่อนเข้ารับการอบรม เพื่อให้สอดคล้องต่อ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนที่เป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน จะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เป็นความลับ
2. การอบรม/สัมมนา จะมีการบันทึกภาพ หรือ VDO ซึ่งอาจจะมีภาพและเสียงของท่าน ที่ถูกเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบของข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือสื่อต่างๆ ที่อยู่ในความดูแลรับผิดชอบของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย
3. ภาพ เสียง หรือกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของท่านที่ปรากฎในสื่อของการอบรม/สัมมนา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะเป็นผู้ทำการเผยแพร่เท่านั้น
4. บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย อาจใช้ข้อมูลของท่าน เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารและการประชาสัมพันธ์

Data Protection Agreement
Pre-training statement for the participants in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of B.E. 2562

1. Participants’ personal registration information will be kept confidential.
2. The Graduate School will record the proceedings, which include video and audio recordings, of the training/seminar. Publication of these materials in the form of press releases or in other media platforms is under the Graduate School’s responsibility.
3. Naresuan University Graduate School has exclusive rights to publish all forms of images, videos, and audio taken or training materials used during the training/seminar.
4. The Graduate School may use participants’ information for communication and public relations purposes.
