NGC Class of 1969 Quilt of Valor Form
This form is used to collect information needed to register a Quilt of Valor for NGC Class of '69 members who served in the military and were touched by war. To find out more about Quilts of Valor visit their website at QOVF.ORG. If you have questions, please contact Vicki Gentry Gillis, NGC Class of '68 (vgillis46@gmail.com or 864-328-7897, text or call). In order to allow sufficient time for your Quilt of Valor to be designed, pieced, quilted, bound, and labeled you must reply to this survey NO LATER THAN AUGUST 15, 2024. All responses after that date will be submitted to the National Quilt of Valor Foundation so that you may be awarded a Quilt of Valor, but  a Quilt of Valor award cannot be assured for the reunion.

Do you plan to attend the 1969 NGC 55th Class Reunion on Nov. 1-2, 2024? If you are not attending the reunion, a Quilt of Valor award can be arranged for 2025; be sure to provide your phone number to be contacted. *
If you are NOT attending the 55th class reunion provide your mailing address (snail mail).
