SAJ's Makom Shabbaton Specialist RFP
OVERVIEW
2019 marks our 3rd year of SAJ's new monthly program for 4th - 7th graders and their parents. This program enhances student’s weekly study (some students attend on Saturday, others on Tuesday), builds deeper relationship between students who attend different days of the week, and builds parent relationships, participation in SAJ, Jewish life and other spiritual practices. In addition to weekly and monthly programs our students learn Hebrew in one-on-one home tutoring sessions (via skype like program) focusing on tefilla skills and then graduating to modern Hebrew skills based on the child’s interest and ability (understanding spoken Hebrew, speaking Hebrew, reading, writing).
