If you wish your child to attend an EWPS After-School Club (which run 3.30pm to 4.30 pm) then please complete and submit this form. YOU MUST APPLY EACH NEW SCHOOL TERM FOR AN AFTER SCHOOL CLUB PLACE.

Clubs have a limit to how many pupils can enrol. This is so they are safe, focused and enjoyable for all.

Once you have been informed that your child can attend an After-School Club you will need to pay for the WHOLE TERM's worth of clubs BEFORE the club(s) start.

Each After-School Club will cost £2.50 per session. Clubs will run usually for 10 weeks during the school term. This term clubs will begin from Tuesday 19 April 2022.

There are no clubs during the last week of summer term.

Each club (per day) will cost £25 per child for this term.

If your child qualifies for Free School Meals then the session(s) will be free of charge. If you are unsure whether your child is eligible for Free School Meals then apply at https://www.newham.gov.uk/schools-education/free-school-meals/2 or contact Ms Julie Baker.

There are no refunds for sessions that are not attended by your child (this includes if they are ill) as we have committed as a school to paying for your child’s place. If the club needs to be cancelled because the person running it is unavailable we will let you know as soon as possible and will arrange for a replacement date.

Fees must be paid on Parentmail BEFORE attending the first session.
