Octorara Virtual Academy Registration 2021-22 for Secondary Students in grade 7 through 12

This registration is provided for you to express your interest in attending the Octorara Virtual Academy for the 2021-2022 school year. There is no commitment needed at this time other than submitting the registration form.

The information collected in this form will be needed to enroll you in courses available through the Octorara Virtual Academy.

However, given the number of families interested in OVA for their children, we will register, using this information collected in this form, with the web-based software prior to August 17, 2021. This will allow us to more easily enroll your children in courses when we meet. You will receive a "no reply" email containing a username and a password. Your child will still not be officially enrolled in courses at this time since we have not had an individual meeting.

Once registered, individual meetings will be scheduled, beginning August 17, 2020 through August 26, 2021, for new families that register for OVA. In that meeting, we will discuss the OVA contract, scheduling, technology needs, points of contacts, important dates, special education (if needed), etc. For planning and enrollment, a commitment to attend OVA will be needed at the time of your individual meeting.

Please submit one form for each student. If you have taken a course through OVA prior to this year, you will still need to submit this form.
