June 15-16, 2023 STL ID Camp College Coach RSVP Info Form
The Midwest Elite ID Camp at Lou Fusz Athletic welcomes you to join us for the 2023 June program.  The program will be played THURSDAY JUNE 15 from approx 11am-6pm and FRIDAY JUNE 16 , from approx 9am-Noon.  To better serve the college coaches, and the prospective players attending please take just 2 minutes to fill out this form.  All coaches will receive a digital and hard copy player profile contact booklet.  

Hotel, travel, and other compensation for your time with us available in limited supply.  

More information will be shared with all RSVPd coaches over the coming weeks.
