ST James Parents Association : EVENT IDEAS   FOR 2021 & BEYOND : Food for thought...
Historically at St James Primary, we have always engaged our school community through various school lead events and activities, some of which were simply to connect with each other, and some created to specifically drive our school fundraising efforts to benefit and support the needs and development of our children.

In 2020, we were not permitted to run a large majority of our usual beloved St James events and as we enter a new year of continuous monitoring and change in the way we run school activities, the St James Parent’s Association are seeking your feedback on some of the proposed new ideas around school events moving forward. We would like to share these ideas with you now and offer all parents, the opportunity to share your comments and feedback here as follows:

Tickets could include venue hire, floating canapes and welcome drink (for example). Previously, this non-mandatory/optional activity, has kindly asked parents to donate up to $20 per child for their child’s teachers gift (gifts covering both teacher birthday and thank you). CDF Pay can be used however, it has been suggested to manage coordination of this through parent reps directly (either straight into bank account OR cash in hand). All payments will require a receipt be provided, and full disclosure of price and purchase details to the school, so we are seeking what your preferred option is here with this activity moving forward:Please indicate your preference for what type of payment system you prefer and how you rate your preferred option as follows:  circle 1 (not preferred) to 10 (highly preferred) as follows, and any comments: *
