This is an individual assessment of your Inner Development to be done in two moments: before and after attending an IDG event or program by AdvantiKA or by the
IDG Business Fit IDG Hub.
It is important to notice that there is no right answer to the questions. The essential point of this assessment is that the respondents consider their awareness of themselves and use the assessment to improve that.
Different ways of being and different approaches to life are useful in different contexts and situations, which is why there is no right or wrong answer. However, the more we grow from within, the more at peace and the more effective we are.
Particularly in the questions using a scale as an answer, you may notice you would like to be more this or that way, and the IDG help us to develop in a certain direction. We believe there is a lot of benefit in doing so. That is not to say that there is one way of dealing with things. We shall use our own wisdom to judge the application of the concepts proposed by the IDG.
By the way: data protection is important to us. We do not store any personal data. Your email is asked so that you can receive your answers. Only anonymous individual values and the creation date are stored centrally for evaluation purposes.
