Most bicycles will require some level of disassembly in order to fit within the dimensional constrains of a non-palletized box.

Assembly will likely include installing some, or all, of the following components; with the respective tool required for reassembly indicated in [brackets]:

front wheel [15mm wrench]
front fender [10mm wrench and/or 5mm hex key]
handlebar/stem [13mm wrench or 6mm hex key]
pedals [15mm wrench]
