All prospective participants, including invited speakers and organizing committee members, are required to pay the following fees: General - 15,000 JPY, Students - 13,000 JPY.
Caution: Cancellations are accepted until January 23. Please be advised that after this date, you will be responsible for the associated costs.

All prospective participants, including invited speakers and organizing committee members, are required to pay the following fees. A complimentary bus service is provided from the conference venue to XIV Yugawara Rikyuu. The cost covers accommodations and transportation, inclusive of two meals per night. On March 9, a free bus will transport participants to Odawara Station, Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Station. Please note that participant capacity is limited, and we may not accept further applications once the maximum is reached for accommodation and bus services. Your understanding is appreciated.
