Requirements:

* Must be 18+
* Must have demonstrated involvement or interest in the subreddit and mission
* Be willing to maintain active communication through our mod chat (Slack)
* Be willing to work

As much fun as helping the world is, being a moderator for r/TranscribersOfReddit is better treated as a part-time job. We interact with every new volunteer, constantly engage in community management, and put out whatever fires appear. We are funded by a registered nonprofit, Grafeas Group, and expect to spend at least a little time each day making sure everything's working smoothly.

This is not your standard "hands off Reddit moderator" role. We don't mean to scare you off, but we do want to make sure you understand that this role requires dedication to the subreddit and to its mission.
