Call for Participants - MEUW2024

#BETAPolska #KIM and Robert Schuman Foundation are looking for Participants for Model European Union Warsaw 2024 #MEUW2024  - simulation of the decision-making process of the European Union this April in Warsaw, Poland!

Requirements:

  • age: 18-30 y.o.
  • a good command of English
  • presence during the whole conference in Warsaw (11.04 - 14.04.2024)
Participation fee: 45 EUR or 205 PLN per person (includes: 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners, socials, printed materials)
With Accommodation: 65 EUR or 292 PLN per person (includes everything mentioned in the participation fee + 3 nights in a hostel in the city center)

Deadline:  15th of February 2024,  23:59 CET

This form can take you around 20 minutes, so ensure you have enough of time as you cannot edit the responses later. 

Your application will be carefully evaluated by our team and in a timely manner after the call closes you will be notified about our decision. Then you will have a week to pay the participation fee. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
