The goal of this survey is to find out why residents living in Oulu have never heard of Villa Victor and their services and if they have heard of the services, why they have never used them. The survey would also like to find out how Villa Victor can better engage these potential customers and have them use Villa Victor services.

Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, miksi Oulussa asuvat asukkaat eivät ole koskaan kuulleet Villa Victorista ja heidän palveluistaan, tai jos he ovat kuulleet palveluista, mutta eivät ole koskaan käyttäneet niitä.
